Circus Revolution

Circus Revolution begins in the dark.

People imprisoned in a workcamp people scurry through a deep underground location overseen by enormous faces making terrifying noise.

But before long a young worker identifies herself to be a clown and sets about revolutionary change.

One by one the prisoners reveal themselves to be circus artists who can perform remarkable feats. Juggling, Cyr wheel, silks, acrobats, trapeze artists: Circus Revolution has it all!

By the end of the evening, the Circus Revolution has succeeded and a giant street party featuring all performers round out the evening.

Featuring the work of circus professionals from various parts of Canada and beyond, Circus Revolution also offers opportunities for a number of emerging artists to work with the experienced crew.
